Connect your website with the Form block

Feedback form, contact form or booking form: improve the user experience of your website!

Click on Modify site, then drag’n drop the Form block on your page. Entirely customize your form choosing its title and your fields. You can also select a customizable predefined template by clicking on Load a template. The section Modify the ‘Sent’ message allows you to freely choose your form validation message and add emails of your choice to send the answers your visitors have validated. With the Design button, change the style of your form (label position and alignment).
