Move or resize a block

To move or resize a block, start with selecting it by clicking on it. You can move it wherever you want by drag and dropping it using the handle on its left border or any inactive area of the block. You can resize the block using its borders or its corners.
You can move it more precisely by using the arrow keys of your keyboard (to resize it, hold down the CTRL key while using the arrow keys).
